Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These Terms apply to your purchase and use of the "Thanksgiving Family Game Night" sold by Pixelate LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Product

The Thanksgiving Family Game Night is a digital product: a downloadable PDF of printable Thanksgiving games for families and gatherings (bingo cards, word searches, trivia, a scavenger hunt, would-you-rather cards, coloring pages, place cards, a menu sheet and a certificate). The illustrations were created with AI tools. Nothing is shipped. After payment you are taken to a private page with your download. No physical product is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. License and use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print as many copies as you need for your own family and the guests at your own gatherings. Please do not resell, share or post the file. You may not share your private download link, or resell, copy or distribute the PDF, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy below.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixelate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
